home sickk.. againnn! 4/16/08

ok so today, im home sickk again! this sucks! yesterday, i got home from school and just went straight to bed! when my mom called me cause it was time for lax, she realized i was fast asleep, and let me skipp it! my throat//head//body hurts a lot, but its ok. my lax coach from last year, joanna, invited nancy and i to go to the Maryland-Georgetown womens lax game with her! but i cant cause im sick, and nancy is on a school camping trip. pooopy.

OH and I didnt ever write anything about how my weekend was: friday, we had a school lax game against BMS, and we lost 15-5. lax for school is not very good, every time i get the ball the only people i am looking for is Molly or Devon. not many people are good at lax at school.. ahh.
Friday night, jenna-heather-galen-griffin-and corey came over and then we all went to the State Radio concert at the recher! it was AWESOME!! the band was soo good and i got a chance to hang out with some of my brother's friends also, such as palmer and Andrew. my friend Jake’s cousin is the lead singer of the band, so that is mainly why we all went. i love the type of music they play, it is a soothing reggaetown sound, and it is awesome! so after the concert, i got home at like 12:30am, and went right to bed.

Saturday, i went to Patrick’s house at like noon-ish, and then with his family we went to the UNC vs. Ohio State game at BL. this was reallyreally fun! we met up with ella and sydney there, and chilled and watched the game. after, mr.kelly (pats dad) was introducing pat and his bro's to all of these coaches and players on the teams, since mr.kelly went to UNC. i felt really out of place because I wasnt meeting them all, i didnt know anyone, and it wassnt my familyy. but this passed soon enough, and we drove back to pat's house and chilled for like 45 minn until my mom picked me upp. he is like, my best friend//boyfriend!!
saturday night, i babysat for the chasneys. not very much to say about this.. blahhh. sunday, i went to sunday school, then had a laxx game! we won against mcd. eagles!! they were pretty good, but we were bettter!! the ref's were horrendous though, they were so bad. they were making up the most random calls and stuff,and it was just unnecessay. no worries though, cause we still won!

for school, im working on my 8th grade castalia project. i have a surfboard, and i am painting all sorts of designs and patterns on it to show the evolution of surfing and stufff. blahh it is due on monday.. hmm i hope i will bee done by then! still feeling sick in the time it took me to write this.... going to get some teaa now. xooxoxox story of my lifee.. gilman gamee and bro-ing it upp yeauhh

today was funnn.. ishh. i went to my bro's lax game vs. loyola! they lost 8-3, but it was okkie cause my bro played just finee! and the two teams were very equal, loyola just seemed to score more goals! lol. i watched the game with my friend devin tucker. his brother is on justins team, and we always watch the games togetherr! he is funny and cool, and i laugh a lot around him. i was kindaa embarassed though cause i think i may have had something in my bracess!! EW YUCK.
also, i dont know if i included this before because i missed a whole month of bloggging, but.. IM GOING TO BRYN MAWR NEXT YEAR. im soo excited but everyone complains about it a LOT. its ok though, cause i realize that any highschool will suck, so its okk. and the sports are good, so i will be just finee!

missssedd out brahh

wow! i havent posted in like, a whole month! so lots have happened.. i had a birthday!! im 14 now! and lets talk about my friend patrick: so before we were like really goodfriends. after that, we became such goood friends that it seemed like we were dating. it was like, we were together and talking more than we prob would be if we were dating! so two nights ago, we decided to actauuly date. we're trying this out as a 'test' to see how everything goes... hmm this will be interesting.
OMG! i didnt post anything from spring breakk: ok so here it goes.. i went to rehobeth with carlene and claudia for 3 days and it was SOO FUNN! we bought hemp sweatshirts and went on some reallyreally FUN ADVENTURES. the weather wasnt warm enough for going on the beach, but we went anyways, clad in sweats and sweatshirts...!!!!
after thatt, i went to amanda's beach house for 2 nights just outside of atlantic city. it was funn, we didnt do much, but i saw a giant elephant named lucy, and uhh.. made out with this surfer!! his name is logan and he is a sophomore! im in 8th grade! WOAH. haa but he was cool, kinda scrawny looking, but whateverr. amanda is awesome i love her soo muchh! meanwhile, her sister erica, was in JAMAIICAA! i was sooooooo jealouss!! lol
also, on this past friday night i went to lucys house to spend the night and we walked to dinner at lhirondelle with mailyse. it was so fun! on the way home a DEER (real, living, breathing, hairy) popped out of no where and jumped in front of mee!! i was scared SHITLESS! on the way to dinner, this car went by and all these guys stuck their heads out the window and screeamed. we all jumped and yelled like crazy! it was terrifying! we almost peeed our pants! then again, on the way home we peed in the middle of the road just for fun! when we got back, we had a whippedcream fight and her total basement was totally covered with whipped cream! then, we showered together to clean off.. in bikinis. it was an AWESOME night.
also, lax is going well. some random band in my calf is paining me SOO muchh!! it like hurts soo bad its not even funny! ouchh. but otherwise im playing well, and running through the pain.
last saturday night, i had a lax game against cockeysville and we wonn! before the game my neighbors max and corey and paul came over and we had really funn! and then after the game.. they came over again! and we skipped this girl carolines party because they dont like her, and i just didnt feel like going. it was really funny. we went to paige's and jumped on her trampoline with maggie also.. we had a ball!!
now, back at school.. life is officially sucking. i am sooo mad at SCHOOL!! i was invited by james to go to the stpauls 8th grade dance, but i FUCKING CANT GO because we will be on an overnite school field trip in DC! i DO NOT wanna meet the president, or tour his house. to me, it sounds like a waste of timee. i wanna go to the dance!!
yesterday, i went to the calverthall vs. st mary's boys varsity lacrosse game to see my cousin neill play for stm. he played well, even though his team lost. i hung out with patrick there because his two brothers and cousin play for calverthall. it was funn! guit, bones, and evan were there too! i didnt get to hang out with them too much though because my cousin, who plays for AYLA lacrosse, didnt wanna hang out with them. he didnt wanna hang out with them because their team beat his team in the state championships last year. he was like 'i would never talk to those douches.' it was hilarious!

rainy saturday

well today corey picked me up and we walked (in the pouring rain..develop the state of mind that this entire day takes place in the POURING RAIN) to carolines house, where ella,emma,and lucy were. soon after we got there rixey and laney arrived. on our way their, me and corey had to climb this huge steeep hill and he slid down like the whole thing and it was hilarious. we all just chilled at carolines for a lil, ordered pizza, ya know.. the whole shaaabang! then we walked (rain as usual) to grauls and got a cupcake,singingcandle,andcard for max's lil bro's bday! then we took the long way home (the way that goes past jack neu's house) and went through my back yard wood to maxs house. we delivered the cupcake and gifts, then walked from there to coreys house, and then with corey we walked to pauls house and balled on his court for like half an hour. then, corey left for a game, and us girliess walked back to my house and dried off (which took like 1000 hours!!) and then paul and max came over. paul is extremely hot i think, but i cant have him because ella and him were together for like a year! but anyways, they came over after max's lil bro's party ended, and i OWNED paul in a game of pingpongg!! ohhyeahhh!! then they had to leave, and it was back to us girliess again (ella,emma,lucy,caroline cause rix and laney had left from the bball court at pauls). wee chilled for a while, then my mom started being herself (a bitch) and they left soon after, just as i was going to my neighbors to babysitt!! and then i babysatt, and now imm homee!! and its 12, but its actually 1 because of daylightsavings, so im going to bedd!! story of my life...

park mixer&hopkins/gtown gameee

welll today it poured all day. i walked from school to hopkins homewood field to watch the womens gam against georgetown. i know a few ppl on gt and hop so it was fun. i met with kate, nancy, molly, and chandler at the cafe before the game. we left at half time because of the rain, but gt was up 3-2. jordy hadnt scored yet, but she had taken a few shots. sarah seats played well, but i didnt see much of her because it took me while to figure out which player she was haha. then after maggie came over.
we went to the park mixer. jack was there, and he seemed like he was high or something, even though he wasnt. it was wierd and quite awkward for some odd reason. when we were together last year, it was WAY more fun and better. and now its really gay and boring.. idk he has changed a lot, and im not sure how long this is gonna last. but at the end we danced some, and i fixed claudia up with gately, and they hit it off well.
then i went to maggies, then to paiges at around 10. mae, madison, and sarah were all at paiges and we ate some, and then dressssed up like little kids. it was surprisingly fun. i walked home at like 11:45pm, so now ill prob go to bed soonish. hahah story of my life..

ughh and lax. life.

school today sucked as usual. the only thing fun at school is student governemnt and planning everything. im president of my school, and thats the best part of the day. i make announcements, plan a lot of stuff, and pass new 'laws' at school. thats the best part of my day. i hate classes, except i kick ass in math. thats my best subject! lol and ew.. french class is like hell. sitting there and the teacher talks the whole time and she never answers your questions. AHH!
then i had practice: finally, something fun! i love laccrosee, it brightens all of my days. just a normal practice, funfunfun-ishh lol. hahah thats all! ohh... sushi for dinnnnahh! that was greeat because i love sushi.
ohh right. and after school i went home with mrs.webster, and we stopped at the wingates on the way home to play with piper (the wingates puppy golden retreiver). that was fun. i pushed isabel, sussanah, and ridgely on the swing, and we played with the dog and bunnies. greattt time! story of my life...

BMS party and CMS lax practice

ok so yesterday: mrs.harris and isabel stopped by with a gift for mee!! they brought me a BMS sweatshirt and doggie and pencils!! they are SO supportive and kind. i was soo siked because they are so siked for me, it just makes me happyhappyhappy! and then, before that, i went to the BMS accepted students partayy! haah i love partayyss! it was fun, some of my friends from the school were there, and we just got a tour and ate icecream. it was nice because we had an oppurtunity to ask questions about the school and have stuff explained to us. i am veryveryvey excited for next yearr!!!!!
so now for todays festivities: schhool. sweet! then, lax practice! we did drills, drills, and drills. my school does not have many female laxers, so many people are just joining. because of this, in practices recently we have been reviewing the basics: catching, throwing, dodges, and shooting. since i already know how to do all this, i have taken it upon myself to make the best of these practices so, ive been using my left hand! ive been using my left hand for the past two/three years, but now i can completely use it no problem. so, in these practicing, im just working on feeling as comfortable with it as i do with my right hand. when in my right: i twirl my stick, do little tricks, and just fool around with it more than with my left. im just working on feeeling as comfortable and everything. for example, today i polished my left hand behind-the-back, and learned a left hand around-the-world (created by Gary Gart). also, in these practices, when i help the younger kids, i get a chance to demostrate dodges and moves, which helps elaborate to me the areas where im being sloppy on the field, and improve. today i stayed for a lil afta practice and shot around on the goal. it was a good time. i love lacrosse so muchh! <33>
